Return Policy

Peace Love Fashion Returns

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a challenge and we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

You may be eligible for a store credit for items that are just not right for you. Items purchased from Peace Love Fashion that you wish to return must be postmarked for return within 21 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the original condition that it was received as well as in the original packaging with attached tag. To exchange your Peace Love Fashion purchase for something else or store credit the garments MUST be unwashed and unworn, must have all original tags and be in the original new condition that the garment(s) were sent.

Items that have pet hair, perfume, cigarette smoke, stains, or any other noticeable signs of wear, will be rejected.

Peace Love Fashion may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is obvious use, the garment has been worn or the garment is not in its original saleable condition.

Send an email to customer service at peacelovefashionboutique@gmail.com for returns. Please provide your order number in the email.

NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES!!!

Your comments, advice and concerns are always welcome.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and provide a store credit code. You will be welcomed to use your store credit on any items available on the Peacelovefashionboutique.com website.

Sale & Clearance items are final sale. Store credit will not be issued for these items.

If you would like to send back your purchased item(s) within our 21 Day Return policy:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive a damaged or defective items please follow the steps below:

Please email peacelovefashionboutique@gmail.com if you receive a damaged, defective or you receive the wrong product. Include your name, order #, photos of the damage, photos of the tag still attached to the item and any supporting documentation that you have to your request. Please remember, any missing information can delay the return process, thank you! 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: peacelovefashionboutique@gmail.com
