1. Large orders may require some additional processing time however, even most large orders we are still able to get get them out on a same day basis.
2. USPS or UPS Errors. There are times where USPS and UPS make errors on their part. In these cases we cannot be responsible for delays caused by their circumstances. Often times this can be weather related or volume related but in most cases, you will have a tracking number from either delivery service so that you may track your order.
3. Techinical Errors or Address Errors: Peace Love Fashion cannot perform same day shipping if there is a technical error in your order due to software or network issues or if an address has been entered incorrectly. In these cases Peace Love Fashion will contact you to get the correct information and send out your order immediately.
4. On Sundays and Holidays, there is no shipping as USPS and UPS do not operate however, your order is still printed, filled and completed for the next business day's morning pickup by UPS and USPS.
Shipping Days are Monday - Saturday(USPS). Sundays and Holidays are NOT Included When Calculating Expected Delivery.

Peace Love Fashion Boutique offers a 21 day guarantee for all of your purchases. Your Peace Love Fashion purchase can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To return or exchange your Peace Love Fashion purchase, the garments MUST be unwashed and unworn, must have all original tags and be in the original new condition that the garment(s) were sent.
Peace Love Fashion Boutique may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is obvious use, the garment has been worn or the garment is not in its original saleable condition.
